Quality Family Time-Favorite Things Friday

I hope you are all enjoying your holiday weekend. One of my new favorite Thanksgiving traditions is having Thanksgiving at my daughters and then as a family, we decorate her apartment for Christmas. The day is typically filled with decorating fun, a few drinks, dinner and of course games.

When the kids were younger, we would typically decorate the beginning of December and then watch the Christmas movie “Elf”. While they have grown up and moved on, I have not. I still love that movie, but it will indeed need to wait for later in the month.

Here is a picture of my daughter’s Christmas tree. What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?

Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time, be blessed, Renae

  1. My sister hosts a gingerbread house decorating party every Thanksgiving weekend for all her nieces and nephews, and now the greats. The nieces tend to decorate beautifully, while the nephews try to see just how much candy their houses will support.
