Are you a candy cane person? I think you either love them or not. Although it just so happens in the last 10 years or so, maybe more, candy canes come in all kinds of flavors. I personally love peppermint anything, so I am fine with the traditional candy cane. Today, my card features the Sweet Candy Cane Bundle with traditional red peppermint and green spearmint candy canes.

• Basic White CS-5½ x 8½, (card base),
• Garden Green CS-4 x 5¼
• Basic White CS-4 x 5, 1-3/8 x 2¾
• Sweetest Christmas DSP-3 ¾ x 5
• Real Red CS-1-5/8 x 3
• Sweet Candy Cane Bundle
• Jingle, Jingle, Jingle Stamp Set
• Christmas to Remember Stamp Set
• Real Red Ink
• Garden Green Ink
• Stampin’ Cut n Emboss Machine
• Stampin’ Seal Adhesive/Liquid Glue
• Paper Snips

Project Directions

• Score card base in landscape position (aka longer side) at 4¼.  Fold and burnish to create card.
• Attach Garden Green Panel and Candy Cane DSP to card front.
• Stamp greeting on small white panel and attach to Real Red rectangle CS and then to card front.
• On remaining white panel stamp candy canes in red and green and ornament from Jingle, Jingle, Jingle. 4. Use the Stampin’ Cut n Emboss machine to crop candy canes & fussy cut ornament using Paper Snips.
• Attach the candy canes to card front and the ornament to the greeting panel.
• Decorate the inside as desired.

I love how this card turned out and even if you are not a candy cane person, I think you will agree it is stinkin’ cute. I absolutely love the added ornament from the Jingle, Jingle, Jingle stamp set.

Good morning all, I hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday last week. I was blessed to be able to spend quality time with family and of course begin decorating for Christmas. Did you know that one of the most popular Christmas flowers is the poinsettia? Of course you did. I think a lot of churches decorate with them this time of year.

My card today is full of Christmas poinsettias from the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper pack featured in the July- December 2022 holiday catalog.

Project Measurements

• Garden Green CS-5½ x 8½, (card base)
• Basic White CS-4 x 5¼ (2)
• Boughs of Holly DSP-2¼  x 5¼, poinsettias
• Brightest Glow Stamp Set
• Garden Green Ink
• Stampin’ Seal Adhesive/Liquid Glue
• Paper Snips

Project Directions

• Score card base in landscape position (aka longer side) at 4¼.  Fold and burnish to create card.
• Stamp greeting on top of Basic White panel.  Attach DSP to lower portion of white panel and then attac to card front.
• Use Paper Snips to fussy cut poinsettias from the Boughs of Holly DSP and attach to card front>
• Layer Basic White CS to inside and decorate as desired.
