Paper Pumpkin Alternative ~ Fun Fact Friday!

Did you know that real pumpkins are good for you? They are about 80-90% water making them low in calories. One cup of pumpkin contains 3 grams of fiber and no fat or cholesterol. Each pumpkin produces about 500 seeds which are also a healthy choice. And if you live in the mid-west, you are in luck. Illinois is the largest produces of pumpkins in the United States.

While today’s projects features some of the stamps from our September 2024 Paper Pumpkin Kit, you cannot eat them. But, having a paper pumpkin kit delivered to your door monthly, might improve some crafting therapy and improve your mood, especially after all the supplies are used, you still have the stamp set to create amazing cards.

Here is a look at the stamps that came in the 2024 September Paper Pumpkin Kit.

And here is the card I created using one of the leaves from this set.

I used Old Olive ink and randomly stamped about 9 leaves going in a circle. I love the leaves and the vine branch in this set. Not to mention I think the with thanks and thinking of you will be two greetings that are well used. The splatter of dots is from the Nested Friends stamp set and is stamped with Early Espresso ink.

Today I am sharing with you how I turned one Paper Pumpkin card into three different birthday cards. This is an alternative way to create cards using your August 2024 Paper Pumpkin supplies. I probably should have titled this Paper Pumpkin Hack since I seriously hacked one of the kit cards to create 4 new cards. I will share my fourth card with you on Friday!
