Unless you visit the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis regularly, you probably won’t see many dragonflies and most certainly never pink ones, but I just thought it would be fun to create non-traditional dragonfly card. Mission accomplished!
It may be difficult to see in the photo, but after I folded my card base, I actually cut 1″ off of the right side of the card front. I then stamped the dragonflies on a Basic White panel that measures 2½ x 5½. I added just a hint of Polished Pink ink to the wings using a sponge dauber.
The greeting is stamped in Memento Black and punched with the Double Oval Punch. I used this same punch to crop the scallop oval in Polished Pink. Be sure to only put adhesive on the left side of your ovals and attach to the front panel of your card. The Black dot accents are from Hello Ladybug.
