After creating those adorable snow playmates, I just could not help myself, so here is another Christmas in July card. This time, the bundle I used Evergreen Elegance is in the annual catalog on page 91, so you can purchase it now and get a head start of your holiday cards!
Cutting Measurements
All Measurement=inches CS=Cardstock DSP=Designer Series Paper Landscape Position=Long side Portrait Position=short side
Supplies
- Shaded Spruce Cardstock- 5½ x 8½ (card base)
- Basic White Cardstock- 4 x 5¼
- Evergreen Elegance Bundle
- Shaded Spruce Ink
- So Saffron Ink
- Bumblebee Ink
- Smoky Slate Ink
- Balmy Blue Ink
- Blending Brushes
- Stamparatus
- Water Painters
- Stampin’ Seal Adhesive
Directions
- Score the Shaded Spruce cardstock in landscape position at 4¼. Fold and burnish to create card base.
- On the Basic White panel, stamp the trees in Shaded Spruce ink and stamp off a second time for a lighter image. Randomly stamp the small star in So Saffron ink.
- Use the Water Painters and Smoky Slate ink to create shadows beneath the trees.
- Use the Blending Brushes and Balmy Blue ink to create the clouds and sky.
- Use the Stamparatus to stamp greeting and attach to card front.
Oh, this is a pretty one, and would be easy enough to do for everyone on your list. Maybe even add some bling…
