Sometimes bad things happen to good people, but thank God we have such beautiful cards to cheer others up. Thank you Stampin’ Up! for creating such awesome coordinating products!
I am going to challenge you to make a card today to send to someone. It does not have to be for any special occasion, just send a thinking of you card.
It could quite possibly be the best part of there day. Not only that when you create something beautiful to brighten someone else’s day, it just make you feel good too!
- Begin with a Night of Navy card base 5 ½ x 8 ½”. Score in landscape position at 4 ¼”.
- Using the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine and the Stitched So Sweetly dies, cut a frame from Night of Navy cardstock and a frame from Basic White cardstock. Stamp the greeting “sending you healing hugs” from So Sentimental in Night of Navy ink on the Basic White cardstock. If you prefer to stamp first and then cut out that works as well! You do you! Attach the White frame to the Night of Navy frame.
- Layer a piece of In Good Times Designer Series paper that measures 3 x 4” on the left side of the card base.
- Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, attached the Night of Navy and greeting frames to the front of the card base.
- Add three gold metallic pearls on the lower right corner.
- For the inside cut a 4 x 5 ¼” layer of White cardstock and with Night of Navy ink, stamp the greeting from the Heal Your Heart sale-a-bration set.
- The Night of Navy tiny heart is from the Kangaroo dies.
There is still time for you to earn the Heal your Heart. Sale-A-Bration will continue next month, so with a $50 purchase, you can get this set FREE! Don’t forget to use the Host Code:ZDHDYH2D Thank you so much for your order.
I got 6 cards into the mail today. Granted, most of them were belated birthday greetings, but still…
You Rock!!!!
