So now that the weather is turning colder I have an excuse to create another snowman card, as if I needed one! LOL Today’s card is again featuring the Snow Wonder Bundle, and yes my favorite trees. I also added the Joy using the Joy Dies from the Peace and Joy Bundle.

I began with a Merry Merlot card base, though I was not sipping on Merlot at the time! Ha! I added a layer of Crumb Cake cut from the Stitched Rectangles. I do love the fun color names the creative team at Stampin’ UP! always comes up with and look forward to new colors every year!

What a great company, fun names and colors that coordinate with everything! What else could a crafter ask for? Right?

I stamped the trees in Shaded Spruce and the Snowman in Memento Black on some Crumb Cake cardstock. The trees and snowman are cut using the dies in the Snow Wonder Bundle. I colored my snowman with the watercolor pencils and added it to a Crumb Cake Stitched Oval and added that to a Merry Merlot scalloped oval from the Layering Oval dies.

I used some Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the trees and the Snowman oval. I again used the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine to cut out the Joy in Merry Merlot. I love these colors together because I think it looks like an Old Fashion Christmas card!

For the inside, I added a 4 x 5 1/4″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the greeting from Peaceful Boughs in Merry Merlot. The snowflakes from the Snow Wonder Bundle are also stamped in Merry Merlot, but to get the lighter color, I stamped them off on a piece of scrap paper first.
