I decided to create another card using two of the flowers from yesterday’s watercolor pencil Make It Monday tutorial.CLICK HERE if you missed that video. I combined the larger rose and the smaller flower to create a birthday bouquet. The happy birthday greeting is from the same bundle and I used our Paper Snips to create a banner look.

I added a panel of our Gorgeous Grape cardstock to my card front and to compliment the flowers. The leaves were highlighted with Granny Apple Green and Old Olive watercolor pencils.

Today, I am excited to share some blending techniques for using your watercolor pencils to create some beautiful floral images. I am using the new bundle in the 2022-2023 catalog, Cottage Rose. The floral images in this bundle really come to life when you blend four watercolor pencils together to create a soft, yet vibrant flower.
Create something beautiful with Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils. I used Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler, Real Red and Pumpkin Pie for card #1.
