Courage and Faith

Inked &Tiled-Trust in the Lord

Here is another card creation from the retiring Inked & Tiled stamp set featured in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog (AC). Many of the products in this catalog and the January – April 2024 mini catalog will be retiring at the end of April, click below for the Last Chance lists.

Beginning April 9th many of these products will be on sale, but supplies are limited and will only be available while supplies last. If there is something you really want to add to your crafting stash, I would recommend you get it now while it is still available. Happy Shopping!

I created a panel of designer series paper using the single flower from the Inked & Tiled stamp set. I cut a strip of Basic White CS and randomly stamped the single flower using Calypso Coral ink. The first stamp was with full ink and I then stamped a second time before re-inking to create a lighter look, aka second generation stamping.

The greeting is from the Courage and Faith stamp set and is stamped with Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White. I used the Nested Essential Dies to crop the greeting and added it to the card front as shown. I hope this inspires you to create something beautiful to share today. Happy Stamping!

Be of Good Courage

Happy Stamping everyone. Wow yesterday’s weather was a little scary. We had quite a bit of ice here in St. Louis. I would so prefer snow, but luckily I could work from home and did not have to go out in the mess. Kuddos to all our nurses, doctors, and emergency responders who always brave the weather to keep us healthy and safe.

Today I thought I would share a card I created using the Painted Posies 3 D Embossing folder and the Courage and Faith stamp set, both in the annual 2023-2024 catalog. I began with a Bo Ho Blossom blue card base and added a layer of Starry Sky. I love how these two blues pair together.

I embossed the Starry Sky panel with the Painted Posies 3-D embossing folder using the Stampin’ Cut n Emboss machine. I then added it to the card front. I stamped the greeting from Courage and Faith on a panel of Basic White CS with Starry Sky ink and then cropped it using the new Perennial Postage dies featured in the January 2024 mini catalog.

Painted Posies Embossing Folder

Sometimes letting our designer series paper or our amazing embossing folders do all the work makes for a clean and simple card that is fantastically fun. Happy Stamping!
