Willow Tree – Happy Birthday

Today’s card is was created using the Willow Tree Bundle featured on page 110 in the 2022-2023 annual catalog. I started with a Basic White card and added a layer of Pear Pizzazz. The willow leaves are stamped in Pear Pizzazz and cropped with the coordinating dies in this bundle and attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The tree trunk, Early Espresso, is also cut using the coordinating dies

The greeting and the sweet little bunnies are stamped with Soft Suede. The shadow around the tree is Pear Pizzazz.

I am excited to share another Apple Harvest card with you. It is part of the Perfect Partners promotion where Stampin’ Up! created dies to coordinate with six different sets in the annual and mini catalog.. Just click here if you missed that post. My Pastor is celebrating his birthday today and I thought I would share with you the card I created for him.

  • Basic White CS- 5½ x 8½ (card base),
  • Gingham Cottage DSP-  2 x 5½  
  • Basic White CS- 4 ¼ x 5½

  • Peaceful Moments Stamp Set
  • Stampin’ Blend Combos-Real Red, Petal Pink, Old Olive
  • Memento Black Ink
  • Stampin’ Cut n Emboss Machine

I began with a Basic White card base and added a piece of the black Gingham Cottage checked DSP to the left side of my card. I stamped the large and smaller apples in Memento Black ink and with the Stampin’ Cut n Emboss Machine cropped them using the new coordinating dies in the bundle.

Color in the images with the Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers and attach to the card front using a few Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the birthday greeting from Peaceful Moments in Memento Black and my card was complete. I had fun creating this and hope it brings a little birthday sunshine into my Pastor’s special day.

Painted Texture and Highland Heather

Anniversary & Love-Weddings, Happy Birthday /

Hey all I am excited to share with you another card I created using the Happiness Abounds Bundle and the Painted Texture 3-D Embossing folder. This is the perfect embossing folder to at a little pizzazz to your next card creation.

I began with a Basic White card base and added a Highland Heather layer that I ran through the Stampin’ Cut n Emboss machine using the Painted Texture 3-D embossing folder. I colored the flower with a colored pencil and the leaves with the Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend Combo.

The greeting is stamped in Memento Black ink and I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the flower. Add some of your favorite bling and this sweet card is ready to be mailed. I hope you create something beautiful today to bless someone special in your life. After all, everyone needs a little happy mail. Right?

Garden Birdhouses-Birthday Wishes

If you like birdwatching you are going to love this sweet set. My parents have several birdhouses and feeders in their yard and they are a lot of fun to watch, but boy can they eat. While my mom was recovering from her chemo treatments, she loved watching the birds build their nests. I have to admit, it is quite fastinating.

Today’s card features two sweet birdhouses. I stamped each birdhouse and the birds on white cardstock, colored them with some Stampin’ Blends markers and then fussy cut them with some paper snips. The leaves and the greeting are stamped directly to the Basic White card front panel.
