Peek-a-Boo! Penguin Playmates

I know, I know, it is still 137 days until Christmas, but I just could not wait to share this stinkin’ cute card and the fun Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper. Plus, I had to show this to you because you can only get this paper FREE until September 30th.

This adorable paper is pictured on page 4 of the Sale-A-Bration brochure! I created this card the circles from the new Picture This Dies on page 164 in the 2021-2022 annual catalog. It was super simple. Just use the dies to crop the circles from Fresh Freesia cardstock and from the Penguin Playmates DSP, cut whatever cute adorable playmate you want to peek through the circles of your card.

Basic White Cardstock- 3¾ x 5, 4 x 5¼ (inside)
Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine

Picture This Dies
Misty Moonlight
Stampin’ Dimensionals
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive/ Liquid Glue

I used my paper snips to cut out these cute playmates and attached them to a piece of white cardstock and then attached the circles on top. I stamped the greeting from Peaceful Deer in Misty Moonlight ink in one of the circles and attached the layer to my card using Stampin’ Dimensionals!

Circle Fun with Textures and Frames

Textures and Frames is just one of the many sets you can earn FREE during our August- September Sale-a-bration event. Sale-a-bration will run through September 30th. I guess you could say watching the Summer Olympics inspired this card. While these are not Olympic colors, I used four of the five new in-colors, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent. I began with a Basic White card and added a layer of Polished Pink, followed by a 3 3/4 x 5 layer of white where I stamped the circles from the Textures and Frame set.

Then hardest part of this card will be cleaning your circle stamp in between colors. LOL The greeting is stamped in Soft Succulent and punched out with the Tailored Tag punch. TIP: The Shammy 147042 $8) cleans these stamps beautifully. Be sure you begin with a clean shammy. I hope you are crating and enjoying the Olympic games!
