Hello my friends I am back again with another Make it Monday tutorial and today I am going to share with you how to create 14 simple cards using a single piece of Designer Series Paper. I have chosen the black and red checked pattern from the Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper Pack. Peaceful Christmas-Favorite Things Friday

Well friends, it is Friday again and one of my favorite things next to Fridays would have to be the Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper that is featured in the August-September Sale-a-bration brochure. Here is a clean and simple Christmas card I created using the Peaceful Prints paper and the Evergreen Elegance stamp set.

This paper pack is so versatile and some of the images can be cut out with the punch that comes in the Peaceful Deer Bundle. Here is a closer look! I just love the coordination of this bundle. And those trees are the perfect size for any holiday scene.

Supplies

Cherry Cobbler CS- 5½ x 8½ (card base)
Basic Black CS-3¼ x 4¼
Basic White CS- 4 x 5¼
Peaceful Prints DSP- 3 x 4
Evergreen Elegance Stamp Set
Memento Black Ink
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive

Directions

Score card base in landscape position (aka longer side) at 4¼. Fold and burnish to create card.
Attach 3 x 4 piece of Peaceful Prints DSP to Black CS panel and attach to front of card front.
Stamp Merry Christmas from Evergreen Elegance in Memento Black ink.
Add 4 x 5¼ White CS to inside and decorate as desired.

Beauty of Friendship Colorful Trees

Fall-Halloween-Thanksgiving Cards / September 23, 2021

The weather here in St. Louis is finally starting to cool off and it is beginning to feel like Fall. Soon the trees will be turning a lovely color of yellow, red and orange.

In today’s card I tried to capture a bit of those Fall colors using with one of the tree stamps from the Beauty of Friendship bundle. I used Garden Green, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze. I hope this gets you in the mood for a bond fire and Smores.

I know Thanksgiving is a few months away, but I could not resist using the Happy Thanksgiving Dies from the Word Wishes Dies!

Cutting Measurements

All Measurement=inches CS=Cardstock DSP=Designer Series Paper Landscape Position=Long side Portrait Position=short side

Supplies

Cajun Craze CS- 5½ x 8½ (card base)
Garden Green CS-3-3/8 x 4-7/8
Basic White CS- 3¼ x 4¾, 4 x 5¼
Soft Suede CS- 3 x 4
Early Espresso Ink
Crushed Curry Ink
Pumpkin Pie Ink
Garden Green Ink
Cajun Craze Ink
Beauty of Friendship Bundle
Word Wishes Dies
Stampin’ Cut n Emboss Machine
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive or Liquid Glue

Directions

Score card base in landscape position (aka longer side) at 4¼. Fold and burnish to create card.
Stamp four trees in Early Espresso Ink on White CS. With solid leaves image, stamp all trees in Garden Green and add accent leaves image in Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze ink.
Attach the tree layer to the Garden Green CS and then add to Cajun Craze card front.
Use Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine and the Word Wishes Dies to crop Happy Thanksgiving with Soft Suede CS & attach to card front.
Decorate inside as desired.

Well, it is hump day and time for another Weekly Wednesday video. Today we are counting sheep with a fun card that features the Sale-A-Bration set Counting Sheep and the Sheep Dies. These two products are only available until September 30th. Now is a good time to stock up on supplies needed to create those Christmas cards and what is better than free product.

These adorable sheep were colored with the watercolor pencils and the blender pens! Have fun creating!

The Stampin’ Up! star of the show is the very versatile Banner Year stamp set featured on page 95 in the 2021-2022 annual catalog. To create the sweet little tag, I used Tailor Made Tags and added the witches hat from Frightful Tag Dies! Enjoy!
