Today’s gospel is all about giving from the heart. It really does not matter how much you offer our Lord, He needs nothing from us, but sacrificial giving pleases Him. Whether we offer a monetary gift or simply give freely of our time and attention, we learn to become more generous.
The Lord does not expect us to empty our bank account, but he does want us to pour out our hearts and be as generous as He is. After all He gave every drop of blood, every ounce of mercy and even His last breath so that if we so choose, are free to eternally live in His Kingdom.

Hey my stamping friends, now that we are officially in November we can begin our countdown to Christmas 2021! There are only 49 days until Christmas!
Over these next few months I hope to share a variety of stamping projects that will get you in the mood for the holidays and for gift giving, which are two of my most favorite things!
Today’s card begins with an Evening Evergreen card base. Evening Evergreen is a new In-color featured in the 2021-2022 annual catalog. I used the Evergreen Elegance and Peaceful Cabin stamp set to create this card. Don’t you just love the little fox?
I stamped the trees from Peaceful Cabin in Evening Evergreen ink, and the greeting from the Evergreen Elegance stamp set on a 4 x 5¼ piece of Basic White cardstock. Mr. Fox is stamped in Cajun Craze and the sweet little snowflakes (Peaceful Cabin) are stamped in Smoky Slate Ink.
I created the snow by tearing a 2 x4 Basic White CS and layered it on the bottom of the white panel. To add a bit more dimension to the snow drifts and use a sponge dauber and add some Smoky Slate ink along the top of the torn edge and under the trees.

Happy Halloween -I hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween!
I thought I would share one last Halloween card using the Cutest Halloween Bundle. I began with a Basic Gray card base and added a layer of Basic Black CS that I ran through the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine using the Timber 3-D Embossing folder. I cut a black spider web using the Frightful Tag Dies and the ghosts and greeting are from the Cutest Halloween Bundle
The greeting is stamped in Memento Black ink on Basic White CS which I cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
Enjoy your day!

Today’s gospel causes us to reflect on our personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Love the Lord with all your heart, all your mind, and all your strength. When we focus on that deep love, then loving others is easy. We want what is truly good for each other. Only this deep personal relationship with our Lord will help us to let go of the wounds from our past, let go of our worry for the future and truly live in the present moment.
We can focus on the present moment and strive to live as the saints, one ordinary moment at a time then we too, will become saints. So let us all ask ourselves, How can I put God first in my life? How can I live one moment at a time in faithful trust? How can I better serve those around me?
I pray you all will have a peaceful day!

One can never have too many Thank You cards on hand and while one of my favorite things is creating Christmas cards, I also love it when our Holiday sets can be used for more than one occasion.
Today I am featuring two thank you cards that I created using the Penguin Place Bundle and the Angel of Peace stamp set from the July -December mini catalog. If you have not had a chance to check these out, here they are!
The first card was created using a Basic White card base and Pacific Point ink. I love these adorable penguins and you can dress them up for whatever however you want. The stars in this set stamp beautifully and will be great for a variety of occasions.
I punched out my penguins using the coordinating punch in the bundle, but you could also stamp them directly onto the cardstock. The feet were stamped directly to the Basic White card panel and I just popped the penguins on top.
Supplies
Pacific Point CS- 5½ x 8½, (card base)
Basic White CS-4 x 5¼ (2), 3×4
Penguin Place Bundle

My second card was created with the Angels of Peace stamp set. I love how soft and elegant this set is and it is perfect for a sweet thank you card. Add a little color and a few pearls and you have a super sweet, but incredibly simple thank you card.
Supplies
Night of Navy CS- 5½ x 8½, (card base)

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Virginia Beach to stay with my mother -in-law, Connie, while my sister-in-law and her husband took a mini vacation to Cape May. Sorry no time to prepare a Weekly Wednesday video, but next week I will be back in full video swing. Up until the COVID lockdown, Connie was traveling between St. Louis to stay with us and Virginia Beach. Unfortunately she is no longer able to travel, so we visit as often as we can.
While sadly there is no video today, I am excited to share with you a Summertime scene using the Peaceful Cabin Bundle. This is perfect for a masculine birthday. I love creating cards with this bundle. It is in the July – December mini catalog, so if you want to add it to your stamping supplies, there is no time like the present.
Supplies
Garden Green CS- 5½ x 8½, (card base)
Basic White CS-4 x 5¼ (2)
Peaceful Cabin Bundle
Artistically Inked Stamp Set
Garden Green Ink
Soft Suede Ink
Early Espresso Ink
Blending Brushes
Balmy Blue Ink
Water Painters
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive/Liquid Glue
Directions
Score card base in landscape position (aka longer side) at 4¼. Fold and burnish to create card.
Stamp cabin with Soft Suede ink on Basic White CS panel. Use the water painters to add color to the roof and ground.
Mask the cabin and stamp trees with Garden Green ink.
Again use the water painters to add a bit of Soft Suede beneath the trees.
Use the blending brushes to add a Garden Green lawn and a Balmy Blue Sky. Stamp clouds with Balmy Blue ink.
Stamp Happy Birthday greeting from Artistically Inked in Early Espresso or Memento Black ink.
Attach panel to card front.
Add 4 x 5 ¼ Basic White panel to the inside and decorate as desired.
I think the fall weather here in St. Louis is here to stay, so this may be my last summer time card, unless of course, we get an Indian Summer this year. I hope you will create something beautiful today and share it with others. Don’t forget to use the host code located on the right side panel of this post.
