Make It Monday #280 Scrap Mania Part One

Happy Monday all and a happy one it is because today, we are going to go through our designer series paper scrap stash and get crafty with our scraps. This is Part One of a three part series (I hope) that will inspire you to create some beautiful card fronts using scraps you already have. No need to purchase anything. I do have a list of the supplies I am using in the project sheet, but really the idea is to create with what you have. I challenge you to go through your scrap bin and get crafty.

Today we are using larger scraps, but stop back on Wednesday for Part Two for a few card with those smaller strips. If you are not familiar with the Adhesive Sheets from Stampin’ Up! Check out the photo and description below. You will love using these sheets for your little bits and pieces.

If you don’t already have a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I would be honored to have you as a customer. If you have never shopped with me before, be sure you choose me as your demonstrator and OPT IN the rewards program. Stampin’ Up! rewards you 10% for every purchase of $20 or more. I would not want you to miss out on that!

From now until the end of the month Stampin’ Up! will be rewarding demonstrators for new customers, perhaps I will be blessed enough to consider you a newbie. Either way, I love sharing what I love to do with you and that is crafting all the time through every season.

2 Easy Gift Card Holders-Weekly Wed. #115

Hey all, since today is my son’s birthday I thought I would share with you the gift card holder that I am going to give him. No don’t worry this is not a spoiler alert. He does not pay attention to my blog posts. Depending on the cardstock you choose, either one of today’s designs would be a great masculine card for someone special. The holidays are just around the corner, so dig out those patterned papers and give these gift card holders a whirl.

#277 Box and 4 Tags-Zero Waste – Make It Monday

Happy Monday all. I am so excited to share with you this stinkin’ cute box and 4 coordinating tags that I created using a 6 x 12 piece of DSP. You will be amazed at how super simple this comes together. Create a box and tag for any occasion, but how great for a holiday gift, especially for teachers and co-workers.

Finished Box: 3 x 3.5 x 1.5

Designer Series Paper of Choice: 6 x 12

Cut paper to 6 x 10.5 and then cut 1.5 x 6 inch strip into three 2 inches pieces.

I hope you enjoy making this box of tags. I love it when I can create something that maximizes our beautiful designer series paper because sometimes small scraps are just too hard to store. Happy Stamping!

Sweet Box of Tags ~ Weekly Wed. #113

Thanks for joining me today. I am excited to share with you this super sweet, super simple Box of Tags. I created 5 tags to go into my box but feel free to add more. I found that 7 or 8 tags will fit comfortably in this box, but if you are not into tag making, then may I suggest some sweet treats of chocolate kisses or even some salt water taffy.

This box would look super sweet with some added holiday designer series paper, perhaps I will share one of those in a later post, but for today, I am focusing on those sweet houses from the Welcome Noel Bundle.

Here is a closer look at our Box of Tags!

I hope you enjoyed today’s tutorial. These boxes come together so quickly and since they only use a 1/2 sheet of cardstock, the are budget friendly. I am sure I will be making a variety of these for my upcoming craft fairs. Be sure to stop back next week for more crafting inspiration.

Until next time, be blessed, Renae
