Everyday Arches Part 1-Weekly Wed. #64-Double Fold Card

Today, I am excited to share with you a fun fold card I am calling the Double Pocket Arch card. I know that is not very creative, but this card does have two pockets and an arch. I have also created two tags, but it would be an awesome gift card holder as well. This card also features one of the new Christmas paper packs coming in September, so I guess you can consider this a sneak peek at that paper. The pack is called Elegant Pine Snowflakes. Today’s video is the first in four part series, so be sure to stop back on Monday, for part 2.

Today’s Project w/two tags

Today’s Project without tags

Project Supplies

  • Elegant Pine Snowflake DSP or DSP of your choice: 7-1/2 x 9-3/4, 1-7/8 x 1-7/8, 1-7/8 x 2
  • Cherry Cobbler CS: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, 2 x 4 -1/4 2-1/4 x 4
  • Garden Green CS: 4 x 5 -1/4, 2 x 4-1/4, some scrap for tag topper
  • Basic White CS: 1-7/8 x4-1/8, 1-7/8 x 3-1/4, 2-1/4 x 3-1/4
  • Shepherd’s Care stamp set
  • Fancy Borders stamp set
  • Masking tape
  • Tag Topper Punch
  • Cherry Cobbler & Garden Green Twine
  • Secret Sea ink pad

This is a pretty simple fun fold and you really do not need a template to create it, but still I thought a visual might be helpful. Don’t forget that products from the 2025 Holiday catalog will be available in just 14 days. Purchase your holiday supplies through my online store September 3rd through December 31, 2025. By the way, did you know there are only 128 days til Christmas, just sayin’! Happy Stamping!

I hope you enjoy this super quick fun fold card. The best part about this simple cards is that you can use any of the patterned paper in your stash. My first card was created with the currently available Celebratory Sips paper pack, but the last two were retired papers. I believe that paper pack was Inked Botanicals, but again any patterned paper you have in your stash will be great for these fun cards. Happy Stamping!

Torn Window Technique ~ Weekly Wednesday #62

Happy Wednesday. Today I am sharing with you an older technique, but one that I think you will enjoy. Most of the videos I have watched from days gone, refer to this technique as the “Torn Window” technique. So hey, who am I to re-invent the wheel! It might look complicated, but it is quite easy, so I hope you will give it a try.

A closer look:

Lovely Garden DSP: 4 x 5 1/4

Project Supplies:

Bubble Bath CS: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
Lovely Garden DSP: 4 x 5 1/4
Basic White CS: 4 x 5 1/4 (inside)
Greeting: Unbounded Love
Memento Black Ink

Project Supplies

Basic White CS: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2

Project Supplies

Basic White CS: 3-3/4 x 5
