Today’s gospel is all about a wedding feast which also represents our eternal banquet in heaven. Seems simple right? Our God is a merciful and loving God so all are invited. The young and old, rich and poor, sick and healthy and yet, the king refuses some because they are not properly dressed in the wedding garment.
We spend all of our lives preparing for this eternal banquet and so having a relationship with Christ that focuses on prayer, trust, love and forgiveness is how we prepare our final garments. We have a merciful and loving God has given us all free will, an opportunity to choose Him, to choose love over hate, peace over violence, truth over lies and most importantly forgiveness for all who hurt us.
We can accept or refuse His invitation. We can accept the invitation and refuse His grace. This is why many are invited but only a few are chosen. So let us choose to accept His invitation, and choose to clothe ourselves with love, forgiveness and peace.

Now that the fall weather is finally here, did you know that Christmas is only 77 days away! I know all the stores are ready because the Christmas decorations have been out for weeks. Today’s card was created using the Beary Cute Bundle and the Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper pack.
I stated with a Night of Navy card base and added a layer of Beary Cute Designer Series Paper that measure 2-3/4 x 5 -1/4 to the top of the card front and a 2 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White CS to the lower front. Stamp Happy Holidays with Night of Navy ink as shown. The bears are stamped and cropped with the cute bear punch. The baby bear is fussy cut with Paper Snips! Happy Stamping!

Happy Wednesday! The weather is finally feeling a bit more like fall so hopefully that will get you in the mode to decorate for fall and Halloween and so here are two more quick and ease, but oh so cute Halloween card to get you in the spirit. Monday I shared with you three cards using the patchwork 12 x 12 designer series paper from the Them Bones pack. Here are two more super simple and did I mention quick card creations using some of the sections of that piece of patchwork https://youtu.be/BUFCAIvcUCApaper. If you missed Monday’s video tutorial, click the image below!
For my first card I began with a Basic Black card base and then layered the black hounds tooth rectangle on the left side of my card. I then add the orange trick or treat image from that same sheet of DSP from Them Bones. Add a Basic White panel to the inside and decorate as desired. Super quick and easy!
A Closer Look!
Here is a closer look at the paper I used today and in Monday’s video tutorial. It is a 12 x 12 sheet from the Them Bone Designer Series paper pack featured in the 2023 Holiday mini catalog.
For my second card I used the blue hounds tooth and the Boo patch. My card base is Starry Sky and again I added a piece of white inside where you can decorate the inside. Easy Peasy! You will be amazing at how quickly cards come together using this fun paper pack! I created both of these cards in less that 5 minutes! Really! The quality of our designer series paper is so awesome, why not let the paper do all the work! LOL Happy Stamping or should I say Happy Gluing!
