#229 Merry Christmas-12 Days of Christmas Day#7

Welcome back to another Make It Monday video and day #7 in my 12 Days of Christmas series. Today I am featuring the new stamp set Merry Christmas. This is a large greeting that is perfect for you holiday cards. This greeting makes it super easy to create a variety of cards in just a few minutes. I know you will have fun creating with this greeting.

While it is not necessary to use a stamping positions, because this is a larger solid image, I do recommend it. A stamping positioner allows you the opportunity to stamp the images more than once creating a more vibrant and bold end result. Scrapbook.com has several positional choices, Ranger Ink – Wendy Vecchi – Make Art – Perfect Stamp Positioner Set is easy to use and is only $13.99. They also carry the Misti which is a bit more expensive at $69.99.

In addition to the Snowy Delights Decorative masks, this weeks cards also feature the Branching Out dies. I also used greetings from Gathering Moments and Ornamental Christmas. All of these products are available for purchase through my online store, just click the shop with me button below. I so appreciate your support. Don’t forget to click the button below for your free project sheet with photos, supplies, measurements, and instructions on how to create these cards.

Hand-Sanitizer Gift Pouch-Weekly Wed. #67

Happy Wednesday all. I am in the midst of preparing for a craft fair this weekend and I thought I would share with you a fun project that I created to gift a small hand-sanitizer from Bath and Body. This project is super quick and does not require a lot of supplies. You can make a gift pouch with just two small pieces of either cardstock or designer series paper. Check out the video for three different versions of the same gift pouch.

Project Supplies

  • 2 x 10″ strip of cardstock or designer series paper
  • 2 x 5-1/2 piece of cardstock or designer series paper
  • Tag Topper Punch, ribbon of choice for closure
  • Optional: 1-7/8″ x 3-3/4 (2) strip of cardstock for support (see video for details)

This really is a super simple project and will make great holiday stocking stuffers or a small gift for your co-workers. If you don’t want to gift hand-sanitizers, I am sure you can find a fun size candy bar to fit into this pouch. I hope you give it a try. Happy Stamping!

Merry Christmas ~Five Minute Friday

Happy Friday all…..I know it is not even Halloween yet, but I can’t help myself. This new Merry Christmas stamp is so great. It will allow you to create quick and easy Christmas cards. I am pairing this greeting with a pack of our new holiday designer series paper, Elegant Pine Snowflakes-Item #166066.

Today’s card did not even take 5 minutes. I know, right! I began with an Early Espresso card base and added a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of the Elegant Pine Snowflake DSP. I stamped the Merry Christmas on a 2-3/8 x 4-1/8 piece of Basic White. I added a 2-1/2 x 4-1/4 piece of Early Espresso. I added a strip 1/2 x 4-1/8 piece of Shaded Spruce the top and to the bottom of the greeting.

I hope you enjoyed today’s holiday card. It is never too early to start designing your Christmas cards! Have a blessed week and Happy Stamping!
