Wow, it is almost Turkey time. I this time of year and it is always a celebration when we gather to give thanks for the abundant graces the Lord has bestowed upon all of us. So with a grateful heart let us continue to create beautiful things. Today’s Make It Monday is all about Autumn Leaves falling! Enjoy!
I am so grateful for all of you, my friends, my followers and those I hope to meet this coming year. May God Bless you and I do hope you all have a wonderful and Blessed Thanksgiving! Happy Stamping!
Thanks for stopping by! Until next time, be blessed, Renae
This time of year in my neighborhood not only are the leaves falling but also the acorns and our Fruitful Blessings Bundle is the perfect set to showcase fall. I began with an Early Espresso card base. I stamped the single leaves with Crumb Cake ink onto a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock and added it to the card front.
The leaves and the acorns were all colored with our Watercolor Pencils. I used a Blender Pen to soften the lines and attach them to a panel of Very Vanilla and Early Espresso with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The greeting is stamped with Early Espresso ink and cropped with the die from Autumn Leaves Bundle, another great bundle for the fall.
Thanks for stopping by! Until next time, be blessed, Renae
Wow, where on earth did October go. I know that it is a fun month, but it really has just flown by this year. I am well into the fall spirit, although the weather feels more like spring in St. Louis, but the fall leaves are changing and they are gorgeous.
Today thought I would share two cards using one of my favorite bundles from the annual 2023-2024 catalog, Earthen Textures. This sweet set really is so great for a variety of cards. Happy Stamping!
I used some Cajun Craze and Very Vanilla cardstock to create my first card. I used the dies for the pots to crop them from the Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper and added a Pecan Pie topper to the shorter pot. I also used some of the flowers from Layering Flowers to fill my pot. The Thank you is stamped on a piece of Very Vanilla and I attached it to my card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
My second cards was created using a Early Espresso card base, some Very Vanilla cardstock and some of the paper from that same paper pack, Earthen Elegance. This time I put my pots on the left and less flowers and more of the fall looking sprigs. I used Cherry Cobbler and Mossy Meadow to give it a rich fall look. I love this sweet greeting and that is in the Pick of the Patch bundle from the holiday mini catalog. It really does give it a harvesty-fall look.
Thanks for stopping by! Until next time, be blessed, Renae
Today I am combining the Rustic Crate bundle and the Earthen Textures bundle to create a festive fall birthday card. I began with a Very Vanilla card base and layered a panel of Early Espresso. I used some of the Earthen Textures designer series paper to create the pot. We celebrate several fall birthdays in my family and this card will be perfect.
I created the crate using some Crumb Cake cardstock and used the fall bundle to add to the crate. I used Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends to create a pop of color. The greeting is from Throughout the Year and is stamped with Early Espresso ink. The top of the pot and the gloves are cropped using our new Pecan Pie cardstock. Happy Stamping!

I hope Wednesdays “Leaves” Blog Hop got you in the mood for fall. Click here if you missed this month’s Blog Hop! Now is the time to catch the fall spirit because Thanksgiving is just 37 days away! I pray you have many things to be thankful for this year! Being grateful for what I have always puts me in a good mood, so I guess you could say being grateful is one of my favorite things.
For those of you who follow me know that I love fall and Winter, especially creating Halloween, Fall and Christmas cards and projects. I am not sure if it is the colors or just the joyful spirit in the air. Probably the Joy because really do red and green actually colors that go together outside of Christmas?? Perhaps they do, remember I am no expert.
Today’s card features the Cottage Wreath stamp set and dies featured in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. I believe this bundle was featured in last year’s holiday mini catalog, so perhaps you have it in your stamping stash. If not, no worries, you can order it today. All the supplies for today’s card are featured at the end of this post.
I decided to feature Cajun Craze and Old Olive, two of my favorite Stampin’ Up! colors for fall. The Old Olive layer measures 3-3/4 x 5 and the Cajun Craze almost square measures 2-5/8 x 2-3/4. I am not sure why I did not make it easier on myself and just make it a 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 square. I guess because I stamped the wreath of leaves first and cut it down, which ended up making my white piece 2-1/2 x 2-5/8. Some cards are just like that! LOL
The grateful greeting is stamped with Memento Black ink, but Early Espresso would look nice as well. I stamped the fern and fall looking leaves on the white panel to create a fun background before layering. Since I have a variety of layers I decided not to use Stampin’ Dimensionals. If you want to add this stamp set or any other supplies to your shopping cart, just click below. Happy Stamping!

It’s time again for another InKing Royalty’s Blog Hop with many of my team members. And our October theme is all about Leaves. Don’t you just love this time of year when all the leaves begin to change and fall?! We do, and we are excited to share our creations. Hope you love them! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
This was a super easy theme for me because I love Fall! I really like winter too, especially when I don’t have to go anywhere, but there is something so majestic about Fall. Of course I could not decide on which of our fantastic Leaves sets to features, so I decided on three of my favorites.
My first card features the brand new Autumn Leaves Bundle and although I did not use the dies for this card, they are amazing! I began my card with an Early Espresso card base, added a layer of Old Olive and stamped the large leaf with Old Olive and Early Espresso ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock.
The greetings is also stamped with Early Espresso ink and I used a sponge dauber to add a bit of Early Espresso around the edges and then attached it to my card front using some Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I just love those little guys.
For my second card, again I just could not decide between the Textures Bundle and the Bough punch which coordinates with the Layering Leaves stamp set. I could have used the dies from the Autumn Leaves Bundle, but did not really think they were the type of leaves for my pot.
I had a hard time with the photo showing up so I put an added layer of cardstock behind so the Very Vanilla did not blend into the background. I am sure there is an easier way, but remember I am not a professional and an expert at nothing, except being me, flawed and imperfect, but stamping everyday! LOL Photography advise is always welcome!
I began my second card with a Very Vanilla card base and added a layer of Early Espresso. I stamped the pot from Earthen Textures with Cajun Craze ink on Cajun Craze cardstock and the greeting on Vanilla. I used the Bough punch to punch leaves with Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Mossy Meadow, and Daffodil Delight.
I then layered all these leaves in the pot and attached it to the card front. I will be featuring the Autumn Leaves Bundle in my next Make It Monday video where I will share three cards using this bundle, so be sure to stop by next Monday to catch that video.

Happy Wednesday! The weather is finally feeling a bit more like fall so hopefully that will get you in the mode to decorate for fall and Halloween and so here are two more quick and ease, but oh so cute Halloween card to get you in the spirit. Monday I shared with you three cards using the patchwork 12 x 12 designer series paper from the Them Bones pack. Here are two more super simple and did I mention quick card creations using some of the sections of that piece of patchwork https://youtu.be/BUFCAIvcUCApaper. If you missed Monday’s video tutorial, click the image below!
For my first card I began with a Basic Black card base and then layered the black hounds tooth rectangle on the left side of my card. I then add the orange trick or treat image from that same sheet of DSP from Them Bones. Add a Basic White panel to the inside and decorate as desired. Super quick and easy!
A Closer Look!
Here is a closer look at the paper I used today and in Monday’s video tutorial. It is a 12 x 12 sheet from the Them Bone Designer Series paper pack featured in the 2023 Holiday mini catalog.
For my second card I used the blue hounds tooth and the Boo patch. My card base is Starry Sky and again I added a piece of white inside where you can decorate the inside. Easy Peasy! You will be amazing at how quickly cards come together using this fun paper pack! I created both of these cards in less that 5 minutes! Really! The quality of our designer series paper is so awesome, why not let the paper do all the work! LOL Happy Stamping or should I say Happy Gluing!
