Getting together with friends to stamp is always a highlight of my month but sometimes when stamping friends live far away the next best thing is a card swap. Last month my upline for Stampin’ Up! organized a virtual card swap. We all created 10 cards and mailed them to him and he sorted through all the creations and each team member then received 10 cards in the mail.

Today I thought I would share with you a few cards that I received. I am sure you will be as amazed as I was to see the talent in this group. There was not a theme to our swap but each card created features something from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog.

#161 Make It Monday-You are Beautiful!

Remember when we were kids and we dreaded Mondays? Well not anymore because each Monday I get to share a new video with you and hopefully provide a little inspiration for your crafting project. Today I am sharing three cards that I created with the new You Are Beautiful stamp set. And for my third card I also used the new Grateful Blessings set. I know my craft room is my happy place, so let’s get on with it!

I usually don’t go for the Poppy Parade but I guess this week I just need a little something bright in my Monday. I love the bright and cheery look of the Lemon Lime Twist with the Poppy Parade. And don’t you think the You are Beautiful, the Grateful Blessings and the new Spotlight on Nature sets compliment each other nicely?

You Are Beautiful!

Just Because Cards, Thinking of You /

Sorry I missed a few posts I was out of town for a funeral. Well I am back now and excited to share with you a new stamp set from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog, You Are Beautiful! This set is featured on page 93 and has a variety of encouraging greetings.

I find these greeting so uplifting and I am sure you will be seeing a lot of these is the very near future. But for now, here is the card I created using the leaf from this set, Lemon Lime Twist ink, Garden Green ink, Garden Green, and Basic White cardstock.

The white layer on top of my Garden Green card base measures 4 x 5-1/4 and the second white base is 3-1/2 x 4-3/4. The greeting is stamped with Garden Green ink on a white 3/4 x 2-1/2 panel attached to a 1 x 2-5/8 piece of Garden Green cardstock. I hope the greetings in this set will inspire you to create something beautiful to share with others. Happy Stamping!

With just a few coloring tools like the watercolor pencils and our alcohol blend markers you can enhance your card creations.
