I am back with another video tutorial where I have featured 4 simple cards using one 6×6 sheet of the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper. Pictured below is one of those cards. I am excited to share with you 4 fabulous Holiday cards created from just one 6 x 6 piece of Designer Series Paper. I used the Peaceful Prints DSP that is available through September 30th as a Sale-A-Bration Freebie! When you place a $50 order (before Sept. 30th) you can get a pack of this paper free. Serve the Lord-Sunday Wisdom

Sunday Wisdom / August 22, 2021

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord”. In today’s gospel Simon Peter asks a crucial question, “Lord, to whom shall we go, you have the words of everlasting life.”

True enough, but what is faith? For me, faith is listening to the Lord, believing what I hear and acting on what I believe with love! Sure there are a lot of distractions and even evil goings on in our world, but the one safe way to know we are on the right track is to listen with our hearts and always act with love.

Life gets messy! Bad things happen to good people! What we must always remember is that faith is what sees us through even the darkest of times. So listen with your heart, believe what you hear and act in kindness and love.

I pray you will have a blessed and faith-filled week.

Angel Blessings-Favorite Things Friday #1

Happy Friday! Today I thought I would share a quick video on two of my favorite things, angels and clean and simple stamping! This card is simple, yet elegant and it goes together so quickly. Of course the Stamparatus will make it even quicker. I hope you enjoy!

Cutting Measurements

All Measurement=inches CS=Cardstock DSP=Designer Series Paper Landscape Position=Long side Portrait Position=short side

Basic White Cardstock – 5½ x 8½ (card), 3 ¾ x 5, 2½ x 2½ (greeting)
Night of Navy Cardstock- 4 x 5¼, ½ x 2½ strip (optional)

Night of Navy Ink
Stamparatus
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive
Label Me Fancy Punch

A Touch of Fall-Gorgeous Leaves

Fall-Halloween-Thanksgiving Cards / August 19, 2021

Yesterday’s blog hop really got me in mood for fall so I thought I would share another card that I created using the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle. I really like the look of Cajun Craze with a splash of Garden Green. Here I also added a bit of Old Olive. Again the Blessed sentiment is from the Festive and Bright Bundle.

I know, I know, I have used this greeting twice in a row and have totally neglected the images from this bundle. Next week, I plan to showcase a card of two using images in Festive and Bright! Stay tuned…….

Cutting Measurements

All Measurement=inches CS=Cardstock DSP=Designer Series Paper Landscape Position=Long side Portrait Position=short side

Supplies

Cajun Craze Cardstock-5 ½ x 8 ½ (card), ¾ x 5 ½
Garden Green Cardstock- 4-1/8 x 5-3/8, ½ x 2-7/8
Very Vanilla Cardstock- cut (2) 4 x 5 ¼, 2 x3
Gorgeous Leaves Bundle
Festive and Bright Stamp Set
Garden Green Ink
Old Olive Ink
Cajun Craze Ink
Metallic Gold Pearl
Stampin’ Seal Adhesive
Stampin’ Dimensionals

Directions

Score 8½ x 5½ Cajun Craze cardstock in landscape position at 4¼. Fold & burnish to create card.
Layer the Garden Green panel to the card front.
Stamp the leaves in Garden Green, Old Olive and Cajun Craze randomly on the Very Vanilla panel. Add some dots in Cajun Craze ink and attach to the card front.
Layer the Cajun Craze strip across the lower portion of the card front.
Stamp the Blessed greeting from Festive and Bright in Cajun Craze ink and punch out using the Everyday Label punch.
Add the strip of Garden Green behind the greeting and attach to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add two Gold Metallic Pearls to the greeting.
Add the second 4 x 5¼ very vanilla panel to the inside and decorate as desired.
