It is super easy and all you need to create the shadow is a Craft White (pigment) ink pad and I am sure you have that in your stamping stash. If not, click here to purchase one from my online store. Happy Wednesday everyone. The week is half over and I am looking forward to a five minute card on Friday and of course the weekend. Today’s video features the Timeless Plaid Designer Series paper pack and a greeting from The Right Words. I also used the dies from Gallery Blooms.

This super fun card goes together so quickly and I know you are going to have fun creating with the new Gallery of Blooms bundle. Today, I used the small flower and one of the leaves for a delicate touch to our card. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Supplies for today’s project

  • Cajun Craze CS- 5-1/2 x 8 -1/2, 3/8 x 4, 2-1/8 x 3-1/8, scraps for flowers
  • Very Vanilla CS- 4 x 5-1/4 (2)
    Old Olive CS- scraps for leaves
  • Timeless Plaid DSP- 2 x 3
  • Cajun Craze Ink

If you are not familiar with Clean and Simple stamping, it typically refers to cards created using minimal supplies. The cards I have seen usually feature a stamp set, cardstock and some ink. Of course you are always welcome to bling it up, after all what crafter doesn’t like a little bling, right?

Happy Friday all. Let’s create another five minute card with the online exclusive, You Are Remarkable. You will love how easy this two step stamp set is and how quickly you can create fantastic cards. Check out this stamp set below.

And Now For Today’s Cards

I started with a Basic White card base and added a 4 x 5- 1/4″ panel of Petunia Pop. I stamped the flower outline with Memento Black ink and stamped the coordinating leaves with Old Olive ink and flower with Petunia Pop. I then tore the Basic White panel on right side of the flower and attached it to the Petunia Pop panel. I stamped the dots and the greeting with Memento Black ink. Add your favorite bling, in my case I added some black. I did cheat and used a Black Sharpie to add some faux bling.

Happy Wednesday. Let’s create a oldie but goodie, sour cream treat container. I featured this at my in-person Stamp Camp on Friday and it was a lot of fun. The fun Easter M&M’s were delicious too!

A Sad Good-bye to Flowers of Beauty!

Don’t you hate it when one of your favorite stamp sets gets moved to the retiring list? For me it is the Flowers of Beauty. While I am extremely happy that I purchased this set, it is always sad to say good-bye when sets retire. As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator I try to feature our most recent products. Even though I don’t feature them on my blog or in my stamping classes, I will for sure be keeping this one in my stash to create cards to gift and to sell.

Happy Easter! Sunday Wisdom

This is the day the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad!  Today is a glorious day and one that is filled with hope.  And even if your days still feel dark and empty, Christ is with you walking beside you, in your despair, in your emptiness, in your hope, and in your joy.  Step by step he is leading us to His kingdom in heaven.

It is a time to reflect on the truth of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead. He truly is alive in our hearts. He is with us in our darkest fears. So let us call on the Holy Spirit to renew our hope and remain steadfast in prayer.  Let us celebrate God’s unfathomable love, grace, and mercy and allow it to transform our faith with a renewed hope for a joyous future.
